Having practiced b2b Sales for over two years, I was feeling the techniques that were taught did not connect with the customer and my Sales Performance really could be better.
Joseph & Robin start by re-establishing the Sales Forum as a field to be proud of working within. Introducing NLP for the Sales Professional at a new level that most people would disregard as important when selling.
By subtley employing simple NLP techniques described and understanding the way in which people think and interact with each other, the Sales Professional can always be aiming towards achieving a successful win-win Sales Outcome and build strong Sales Relationships.
The whole sales process is reconsidered in a new perspective; drawing upon selling to people's feelings rather than their wallets!
The latter chapters include Sales Management of the individual for health and well-being are key to a successful, stress-free career in Sales.
A 4 star book and a must for any Sales Professional. ENJOY!
