very clever marketing and description as you think it is going to be a true sequel book i.e. actually including some text - but it is really a lined notepad. What is really very clever is that of course if you are annoyed and want to return the item, you are thinking negative thoughts, which is against the ethos of "The Secret" so you start to think "perhaps I should just be happy and think good thoughts" and not return it - that, I think is what the author/publisher is banking on, that most people will just ride along and think "hey, I'm living the secret, so I am happy that I spent money on this book...." :-)
 Not An Empty Book When You've Finished Using It! June 21, 2008
I'm very surprised by a lot of the comments from buyers of this book. Surprised, because it seemed obvious to me before I bought it, that it was a mainly blank notebook / journal, to record my thoughts, thanks, and your future thanks (to manifest) in. I bought one shortly after watching The Secret and found it wonderful - I use it often, and it WORKS! I also joined The Science of Getting Rich Club (http://www.the-sgr-club.com) that Rhonda based The Secret on, and find the combination of the SGR Club and this Gratitude Book is all I need to manifest whatever I want in my life. In my opinion, the Gratitude Book is worth every penny!
Can I also recommend the Kelly Howell Meditation CDs based around The Secret and The Law of Attraction.

this makes you look more at the things you have in your life now, it makes you think about yourself more, what you have and if you have anything you want to change,

Anyone who bought this thinking it was book hasn't read above that it's a journal. The idea is that you write on one side things that you are grateful for that you have now and on the other things that you would like to attract but feel grateful for already. This book really makes you thinks about what you have and how grateful you should be. Instead of moaning about housework, be grateful that you have a home, instead of moaning about your job be grateful that you have a job. It's a great way everynight to look back through your day and process it being grateful rather than looking at what went wrong.
