Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Warranty:
We sell used as well as brand new products, all products come with 12 month warranty, in case of any manufacturer problem we will service or replace the product within the warranty period. We will not be responsible for any problem caused by mishandling.

Payment:
Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected plus shipping costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card (Excluded shipping cost). If your card cannot be verified or is any way unacceptable, the order will be cancelled immediately, and you will be notified by email.

Return Policy:
If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the product should be in the same condition (UNUSED along with all wraps and original INVOICE). We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged, unless the product is defective, in which case we will also refund the delivery costs. Used product will be accepted for full refund if it is defective, otherwise we will replace it for you.

Pick Up From Store:
Any product you buy online and wish to pick it up personally, we would advise that before making journey to our store, please telephone ahead to make sure that the stock of your chosen product is available.
