Prices, description and availability of goods:
All prices stated on our website are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery costs, except where stated. All prices are subject to product availibility. All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the most care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items displayed on our site may be mispriced. No contract exists between you and us for the sale by us to you of any product unless and until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods. We aim to verify prices as part of payment processing procedures. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology.
We sell used as well as brand new products, all products come with 12 month warranty, in case of any manufacturer problem we will service or replace the product within the warranty period. We will not be responsible for any problem caused by mishandling.
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site. All implied warranties and undertakings are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 28 days of receiving it, provided the product should be in the same condition (UNUSED along with all wraps and original INVOICE). We will refund the purchase price of the product, less any delivery costs charged, unless the product is defective, in which case we will also refund the delivery costs. Used product will be accepted for full refund if it is defective, otherwise we will replace it for you.

Any product you wish to buy @ our store, we would advise that before making journey to our store, please telephone ahead to make sure that the stock of your chosen product is available.

We process your order within 24 hours when the item is actually in stock and ready to ship, if it is not the case we do not take the payment untill we get stock and ship it to you.
Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected plus shipping costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be verified or is any way unacceptable you will be notified by email. We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, cash on delivery, cheque and money order. You can also pay by bank transfer (BACS). For customers in the UK, you can even deposit cash/cheque directly into our UK bank account at any NatWest branch. details will be provided on request.
Please note that cheque need to be cleared by the bank. Clearing process might take 5-8 working days, and we cannot despatch your order until your payment is cleared. All prices are included Value Added Tax (VAT).

For UK and Northern Ireland:
We only charge £8, for all products below 2kg, and use royal mail special delivery which is insured up to £500.00, any product above 2kg will be charged £23.00.
Countries Outside UK:
We deliver the products to the following countries, postage charges will be calculated at the checkout for countries outside UK. The time of deliver to these countries will be 3 to 6 working days. Please note that the delivery time has quoted by the courier companies, hence we cannot be blamed or held responsible for any delays after despatch. Delays do occasionally happen and are mainly due to customs clearance, or for some other reasons, in any circumstances you can allways contact us. If your package is not delivered due to reasons out of our control and returned back to us, you are required to pay for the reposting cost to have the package resent.

Courier Companies: We use most Royal Mail, some time UPS and Fedex depending on the parcels values and weight.
Parcel Lost: If your parcel lost or damaged during delivery, we will send you the replacment as soon as the courier company has confirmed to us the loss of the parcel, it may take a couple of weeks max.
Packages delivered via UPS, Royal Mail or Parcel Force, Proof of signature is required. All packages will be sent with insurance.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel any order you placed before despatching by login to your account, search the order number you want to cancel and click veiw button, at the bottom right of your order history page you will find "Cancel" button.

Purchasing goods online with Photo Solution is very easy, shopping online is secured and your details will be secured. However, if you do not wish to use the online system we welcome orders.

You will be presented with login page where it is your choice whether you want to continue to complete check out or if you would like to open an account with us which will make you able to know about the progress of your order, and also every time you are shopping with us you will not have to fill out your detail again the system will remember it.
