Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Ergo Proxy's confusing conclusion   June 19, 2008
This sixth volume of the fascinating Ergo Proxy anime contains the final three episodes of the series and many questions raised throughout the series are answered, although not all of them are. The episodes see Re-l, Vincent and Pino return to the dome city of Romdo to find the former utopia in chaos with Cogito infected AutoReivs running rampant and a plot to see the city itself destroyed advances towards its conclusion.

Ergo Proxy has never ceased to be anything other than fascinating and although it isn't as action oriented as I originally thought it would be, I nonetheless found it highly entertaining throughout. The show has shown good animation, had a good English dub throughout its run and the plot itself is highly compulsive and always keeps you watching. Although I wouldn't say that Ergo Proxy is one of the greatest anime series it is nevertheless a great show and well worth watching.
