I have just recently got back into exercise and I am so glad I bought this, for less than a fiver no less! Don't be put off by the instructors perfect body, smile, tan etc. She is really good, gives clear instructions and encouragment. This DVD is great for beginners who are not sure how to exercise with weights or for people who favour their cardio and are a little lazt when it comes to weights, like me. The 10 minutes sections make it impossible NOT to do something, you can fit something in at anytime, even in the morning and they are also great if you want to add bits to other work outs you do. Excellent value for money and results you can see!

I bought this without realising it was aimed at beginners, so felt a bit disappointed when I first put it on. However, I think this is brilliant for people who need to get back into, or are new to, exercise.
As others have mentioned, it's good if you want to focus on a particular area. I use this for when I've done a harder routine the day before and want to avoid working out already-aching-parts of my body!
The time factor is also a great bonus, and because each section has a mini warm up you are able to use them as stand alone workouts, although I'm not sure how much of a result you'd see if you just did 10 mins a day.
Finally, whilst the instructor is encouraging and obviously knows what she is talking about, I found her to be a bit of a Stepford wife with a six pack!

This dvd offers you the choice of 10 minute sessions to tone up certain areas of your body. If you only have limited time you can choose a specific area to work on. Effective yet easy to do. Good buy.

I have been active for years, but had stopped exercising for a while, really felt the weight pile on so thought I would try out a few DVD's. This one appealed because of the toning aspect, and not jumping around. I exercise everyday and alternate areobic and toning and this one is great! I have had this 3 months now and still enjoy putting this dvd on, knowing that I can do either the full 50 mins or 10 mins, each part warms you up and cools you down as part of the routine, and I can still feel it working. Really do recommend this as a toning dvd.

Must admit that the idea of choosing the length of the workout is a great one - you can either do 10min or 50min if you are up to it. This DVD represents a good, varied and comprehensive set of excercises that can be done by anybody. The bonus power-strech at the end is a great addition if used as a cool down after the tonning session. Loads of encouragement from the trainer definitley helps especially if you dont think you 'have 8 more in you'. All in all, if you fancy a change and are searching for something new yet quite dificult this would be your best guess.
