People don't want to spend time fiddling around with a photo frame.The nix digital photo frame also features a 'backlit LCD Display Panel'. I was given this as a present from my boyfriend, who received two over Christmas so I got this one from him. I didn't know that frames came in wood and thought they all came with plastic frames.
It's a really nice wood frame and I'm really happy with it. The wooden frame blends in well with the rest of my homes décor as our house is more country style.
It's really easy to use and is literally plug and play. Stick in your memory card and off you go - straight into a slideshow of your photos. There's no annoying or complicated menu like there is on my boyfriends photo frame that has a whole menu of things I don't want like video's or music players (got a nice TV and ipod for video and music thanks!).
You can rotate and alter the aspect of the photos, but that's about all you can do. The forward and back selection of photos could be a bit quicker, but then again, I usually prefer to just let the photos rotate through the slideshow, without interference. As long as you don't try to use massive megapixel photos on this digital photo frame you won't have any problems.
If you're after a simply plug and play digital photo frame without hassle, I could recommend this. If you're after a multitude of fancy features than maybe a something else would be more suitable.
