(nb Amazon detail is currently incorrect, March 2007 - this is the 'domed lid', not the 'flat' version, and the care instructions are not as per the kettle described!)
Enhance your pan, and your cooking, with this really useful glass domed lid.
Keep more moisture in, and see what is going on, as a 28 cm sauté pan becomes the equivalent of a shallow casserole dish!

If you've lost a lid to your favourite pan, you cann buy this one, and it will work as good as new. Very clever idea, and the see-through top gives it added effect, and makes sure you know how cooked your food is.
