Brugo is the answer to my problems April 22, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have no idea what these other reviews are taking about... personally I like to make my own mind up about things.
This Mug is the best thing since sliced bread! In the morning I drive about 25 minutes to my office and I could never dink my tea in my car as it was always too hot, no it is not a problem. The mug has this clever tip and cool thingy that allows me to cool one mouthful at a time; when I arrive the rest of the tea is still hot.
What more can you ask!
I give it 10 out of 5... and I never leave home without it.
I'd sooner pour scalding coffee in my hands. March 28, 2008 12 out of 13 found this review helpful
Rubbish. Plasticky. Poor build quality - the only item I have ever returned to Amazon (which was tremendously easy btw hats off to Amazon). Poor capacity too. You could get more use by washing out a used Costa coffee cup.
Waste of Money March 28, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This product is a complete waste of money. It does not do what it says it does.It is virtually immpossible to obtain a drink out of it,and the small amount you get is no cooler than on the normal setting. Absolute rubbish!!!save your pennies.
Useless, absolutely useless. March 10, 2008 51 out of 52 found this review helpful
This is a terrible product. It delivers microscopic amounts of luke warm coffee only after you have expended considerable energy sucking on the thing. And then it spills it for you. Frankly you would be better off using a cup and saucer.
Latest in chic coffee technology disappoints January 27, 2008 68 out of 69 found this review helpful
This product sounded like the perfect receptacle for coffee as you dash between coffee shop and office. Furthermore it is designed to dispense a mouthful of coffee at a time cooled to the perfect temperature.
My Brugo failed miserably. You tip the mug alarmingly to fill the cooling chamber whereupon it dispenses about half a teaspoon of coffee ready to drink. This tiny bit of coffee then remains in the cavity until you suck on the lip desperately and in the process burn your mouth.
Oh yes, and when you put it in your bag if there is the slightest amount of coffee left in the mug it will dispense said liquid all over your documents. (They do warn you it is not leak proof - but with a lid as leaky as this the mug is all but useless).
Yet another reason, if you need one, to 'sit-in' and not 'carry out' to drink dutifully in your office. Merits no stars at all.
