The dinnerset as you would expect is dishwasher and microwave safe, the build quality is fabulous, the dishes delicate yet durable and the plates have a good weight to them. They do look stunning with the kitchens black granite work surfaces,
I have to say I have been very impressed with with Denby Dots. The plates are smaller than our previous which can only be a good thing, if you want the bigger plates you mix and match with the Denby Jet black series. Be warned though check they will fit your dishwasher first.
The tablewear set by its self is not enough we went for 8 of everything. There is plenty of opportunity to bolster your dinner set. We went for rice bowls which can double for starter / cereal bowls, there are also noodle bowls which we will add later on. The tea set is great, if you get it with the big platter plate remember you can also use this to cook pizzas etc. I believe its Denbys best selling line and has been out for a year or so, this will give you planty of time to build up a proper set before the line is discontinued.
