Waste of money November 3, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought a set of the blue tins thinking that they would be really useful and worth the money, unfortunately I was completely wrong. After a while the lids did not fit correctly, after going out of shape, and therefore they are now not airtight and quite useless for storing cakes and biscuits.
Not great August 21, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I have a lot of the Living Kitchen range and I must say these are the items I am leas pleased with. The really aren't ver robust. 2 of mine have dents in them which make them not airtight and so they don't serve the purpose. You really do have to be careful not to bang them about at all. For this reason, I have given them 3 stars, as although it was my fault I banged them, they really should be a bit more heavy duty.

I love these tins I bought a set about a year ago as sets of pretty tins for storing the fruits of your baking are hard to find!! These look really good and survived a childrens party when I baked and decorated masses of fairy cakes. I was worried that the blue outside might get scratched but I had no problem, I was able to transport the tin by putting it in a carrier bag and it even survived going in my car boot on the way back as the car was too full. I am pleased with them as they are perfect for home baking but I do think you need to be a bit careful as I think it might be easy to dent the tin (particularly the lid) if you are a bit rough.
'Storage' rather than cake tins... July 19, 2006 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
Extremely attractive set of containers but they really are quite flimsy. Certainly not robust enough to serve as biscuit and cake tins in my kitchen but they do look delightful on top of a dresser storing baking items, cookie cutters and the like.
