This Le Creuset stuff does what it claims. Non-stick, easy to clean and store. The only problem is the flexibility. It's too flexible in this incarnation. I've even taken to using this inside another (metal) tin. This doesn't apply to the muffin/cupcake moulds where the flexibility is an advantage. It's just that this one is slightly difficult to handle. I'd still buy it for the other advantages, just don't buy it for your eighty year old granny.

Reputed to be far more hygienic than tin-ware - it does not absorb odours or flavours. Won't rust.
Retains shape and easy to store - difficult to lose in a dark corner due to the colour!
Simply washes up in hot, soapy water, or pop it in the dishwasher.
A new generation in bake-ware, it is true to say that it may take a bit of getting used to, but worth that little effort and a proper read of the instruction guide!
As previously commented, light greasing can help!
Amazon has a great range to choose from whether you want to turn out a loaf, a sponge, a flan or a Yorkshire pudding or pop out a mini muffin - do it with style and with considerable ease.
Release your baking with confidence as nothing sticks to `Le Creuset' silicone bake-ware!
