This product worked well at first. However we then found that on occasions when it's not possible to fully prick through the egg shell and internal membrane the egg will crack. This results in the egg white and yolk spilling out into the water which then bubbles up and spills out between the heated base and the top cover. This leaves a nasty mess and eggs which haven't been cooked properly. When this happens the egg white bakes on to the heated base and is very difficult to remove.

This egg boiler is fantastic. It cooks any number of egg's between 1 and 7. It allows you to choose between hard and soft boiled eggs. Very small and compact which helps us when storing. We recommend this unit with 5 stars for the fact its great quality and its cheaper then the other egg boilers.
Have a great breakfast with some nicely boiled eggs.
