The `You Are What You Eat' Health Steamer makes tasty to eat food simple to make. Despite its bulky appearance each of the three baskets has been designed to occupy less storage space, as you can slot each basket inside one another.

You can steam several types of food, such as rice, vegetables and meat, in each of the three baskets. The convenient separator allows you to keep foods apart to retain the freshness, whilst using the same basket.

The included recipe book offers 10 easy to make dishes, including main meals and desserts. Each recipe lists health facts about the ingredients, as well as nutritional information.

The instruction manual is easy to read and lists a guide of approximate times varying foods should be steamed for. You need not worry about leaving the steamer as the timer rings when the food is ready.

Cleaning this steamer after use by hand was made easier due to the large holes in the trays for the baskets. Any trapped food could easily be wiped or rinsed away. However, when in use if food was finely chopped it resulted in some falling down the holes into the basket below.

The steamer is a good size to suit families, but due to the baskets getting fairly hot when food is being steamed it is best to keep it out of reach from young children. All-in-all this streamer offers everyone a healthier way to prepare and serve a wide range of foods.--Lucy Bennett, Amazon.co.uk
