I regret that I am unable to comment on this paticular product but other Trivita cookware purchased from Amazon is superb. However, I feel that people attempting to purchase the 20cm Shallow Casserole should be aware of my experience. My order for this product was confirmed on 27 April 2005. There have been a series of notified delays, I contacted Amazon and received an apology but the result seemed to be that my order was cancelled by Amazon. I re-ordered on 2nd July and this has been again delayed, the latest by 4 - 6 weeks. During the whole of this period the web site has shown "usually despatched within 1 to 2 weeks". This has been maintained even after I drew attention to this sorry state of affairs. I think this form of trading is less than honest and people looking to order this product should be aware of what to expect.
