Even the sand modules are broken down after each moulding and the sand can be reused again to make more moulds. Suitable for use on gas glass/ceramic radiant ring and halogen hobs.

Great but arrived damaged January 23, 2008
I have a couple of other Chasseur pieces and they are great quality, very heavy and stable on a gas hob we have had problems for years finding something that remains stable on.
Ordered this a couple of days ago and it arrived very promptly - however it arrived damaged - large piece od the enamel missing on the outside - flakes of it in the box.
Now only available in 2-3 weeks as out of stock. Had it been in stock I understand they would have sent a replacement before I returned the damaged item. Will only have been double charged had I not returned the original item within 30 days.
That's good service - even better service would not to have sent me a damaged item in the first place.
