poor quality! May 10, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I agree about the non stick coating round the top edges. First lot I had were flaking. I sent back and the replaements were the same! Looked in shops and all are exactly the same, slightly damaged coating around teh rims! I also find the red coating flakes off the bottom! Poor show for what looks like a great pan.
Meyer advantage pans are the BEST! April 21, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have had these pans for 2 years now and they are fantastic. They're the perfect weight and very good quality. I use them atleast 4 times a week and they wash really well and look as good as new. I would definitly recommend them. Its just a shame that they are so difficult to get hold off! Buy them while you can.

They are a brilliant pan - except that the non stick edges are coming away round the edges on both of the 2 pans I have, I cannot believe Meyer aren't aware of this as 2 sets of the same have this problem. They are good with the straining lid but I am unimpressed re non stick quality;
Looks good but non-stick doesn't stick to pan! February 2, 2006 34 out of 34 found this review helpful
First set I bought - the non-stick started peeling away at the edges after 2 weeks! When I examined it more closely, even on items I hadn't used it was starting to lift or could be rubbed off easily with a fingertip at the edges! Replacement sent, but this time I checked before use & it was doing the same. Have looked in the shops and all seem to be affected. Shame as lovely pans apart from that, but no use as a result. Contacted Meyer, who did not seem aware of problem, but confirmed that the non-stick on these is a lower quality product than on their other ranges such as Circulon & Analon. I've had a Circulon casserole for some time & it is fine.
