 Not suitable for induction hobs June 20, 2008
Despite the product description given by Amazon (the pan has "a strong steel base that is suitable for all stoves, including induction"), the version of this pan that I received does NOT in fact work on induction hobs. The pan doesn't appear to have any kind of steel base, in fact the pan's packaging expressly states that it is made entirely of aluminium and is not suitable for induction hobs. No idea why Amazon are claiming this works on induction hobbs when it clearly doesn't.

I'm thrilled with the results from this pan. Good heavy base, and non -stick so easy to clean. Drains away all the excess fat but, most importantly, cooks everything really quickly and seems to make everything taste delicious...I would recommend.
