| Customer Reviews:
Giacchino at his best April 16, 2006 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
Taking into account the popularity of the television series and the shear talent of Giacchinos' work its amazing this soundtrack hasn't had more marketing. This CD features nearly every major piece of original score featured in the first season of Lost, highlights being Locke'd Out Again, (from Deus Ex Machina)I've Got A Plane To Catch (from Exodus Part 2) and Parting Words (from Exodus Part 1) (The latter being the only track placed outside of epsiode order being track 26 whilst the former is track 24.) Overall the albulm is brilliant when dramatic and overwhelming when its quieter themes are given time to develop (after track 8) this albulm is a definate for Lost fans and features the best score heard on television (though Battlestar gets props too.)
