Lightweight-ish, well balanced, powerful, handy to use, but one problem...
battery only lasts for limited time and then takes a good while to recharge. For more than just a bit of lawn/edge-trimming or other small areas, it would really need 1 or even 2 spare batteries. Unless there is something wrong with the almost new one I have.

Does exactly what it says on the tin ,easy to use ,quite powerful for a cordless tool.
Ordered it on 20.5.08 on supersaver delivery received it on the 22.5.08 hows that for service!!.

Got delivered with 36 hours. So far have had no issues with the auto line feeder, 1st time I have had a cordless strimmer and its great!! All in all completely satisfied and would recommend

I have been buying Black & Decker products for too long. Their garden products are designed to last 2 to 3 years only. This was told to me by the manager of a large DIY chain when I complained about the frequent failure rate of the B & D products.
Don't waste your money on this rubbish - do some research and buy something sturdier which is made to last.
