If you're a keen recycler and fed up with separate bins in the kitchen for plastic, paper, landfill, then this is for you ! I have labeled my three compartments - so the plastic and paper get emptied once a week into the councils kerbside boxes for recycling. My one landfill compartment holds more than first appears (mostly unnecessary supermarket plastic) but you will need to buy 20L bags to line it. If you dont use a green cone or worms / compost heap to recycle your organic waste separately then you'll probably be forever emptying, otherwise It's fantastic! Well made and easy to clean. Love the lid hydraulic mechanism. Looks good and fits under work surface. Not that mobile so needs space and a permanent position really. not much else on the market to beat it yet but could be improved by supplying labels (The colour coded bins only work if you remember which waste product goes in which colour and everyone in your family does too!)

Bought this bin as it looked so much nicer than the others available. Unfortunately after a year, the lid has lost its power to open the lid.
