JUMP MAT The jumping mat is constructed from UV resistant Grade A black Polypropylene material, made in the USA. The mat is manufactured to a very high standard is very durable and weather resistant. SPRINGSThere are a large number of High Strength springs on each Trampoline which are also galvanised for extra durability. 8 rows of stitching is used to attach the small triangle frames that attach to the spring. A spring loading tool is free with the trampoline.PADDINGThe springs are covered with extra thick foam safety pads filled with dense padding for durability. Padding outer layer is made from Blue PVC for protection. The padding is held on by high quality fastenings.FRAMEThe Kogee Trampoline features a unique no weld T shaped join. The trampoline frame is made using steel which is galvanised both inside and outside so its rustproof. There are four pairs of legs which just slot together and are secured by screws for safety.TRAMPOLINE SAFETY NETA Full Safety enclosure is included within this trampoline package. The enclosure is constructed from UV resistant and weatherproof, tough PE or Polyester mesh and easy access through a zipped entry. Clamps hold the Heavy duty poles to the trampoline and Strong Polyester sleeves protect the High Density foam covers for the poles.Full assembly instructions and 2 spring stretch tools are included.The only tool required for assembly is a Phillips screwdriver.Weight limit is 100kg, approximately 16 stone.All of our trampolines have GS certificate, EN-71 andASTM certificate.
