Delivery was prompt, but the 46 kg package forming the main frame was delivered by a petite female driver who had to be helped unload. I could manage that, but it might not have been the case. There was no indication that the cushions were coming seperately; they arrived 3 working days later by another carrier. The notification email mentioned only one package.
The parts were unwieldy and the instuctions did recommend a two person operation - although I managed it by myself. The instructions themselves were slightly obscure and the illustrations of parts were in different scales and required time to study them. Some of the various parts did not quite match up, requiring the fixtures to be screwed loosely in the first place then tightened up when all was located. One internal thread required a lot or work before I could get the bolt to 'bite'.
The finished item, however is very much as its illustration and very comfortable.
Would I recommend it? Possibly - but I'd also recommend looking at other, slightly lighter options
