Solar panel stopped working June 8, 2008

Love this item and lots of people have commented on it. However it is now not working properly. Have checked the pump which is working and checked there are no blockages so I suspect it might be the solar panel. Trying to find a replacement but I am having problems. If anyone can help then please let me know.
