Product Description Vice City, 1984. Opportunity abounds in a city emerging from the swamps, its growth fueled by the violent power struggle in a lucrative drugs trade. Construction is everywhere as a shining metropolis rises from foundations of crime and betrayal. As a soldier, Vic Vance has always protected his dysfunctional family, his country, himself. One bad decision later and that job is about to get much harder. Kicked out onto the streets of a city torn between glamour and gluttony, Vic is faced with a stark choice - build an empire or be crushed.

STUNNING for something so small! June 20, 2008 Well, what can i say! rockstar have done it again, The simerlaries been the old vice city and this are tingleing!Thats start with the graphics: 4/5: brillant for a miget like a psp! but be warned things can pop up unrelisticly at speed causing a bit of damege to your motor!
Game play 4/5:There are so much things to do like missons Killing people and exporering it will easy keep you entertained. but the missions are not very good when you lose you feel like kicking your psp! also theres a thing about buieses its annoying because you have to go to your buiesses to proteck them its anoying! expecaily when you are the way to a misson!
FUN 5/5:Its never boring I like killing people and nickig their cars! also the missons are fun (if you dont lose them)
OVERALL:THE BEST YOU CAN GET FROM YOUR PSP, BUY IT NOW!!
You play a pussy man called victor vance who was lances brother in vice city(the first one) so its a before time of the first vice city a very good game
Don't dither, buy this game April 4, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I wasn't convinced I'd like this game but was willing to give it a go after reading so many positive reviews. I have got to say that I have just finished with the storyline mode and I still have got loads to do. I feel that the storyline is part of the mainattraction but there are so many cool levels to play as an aside, such as bulding your crime empire etc.
My advice is simply if you want a game that combines driving and shooting levels convicingly then this is a must. You can pick this game up so just go for it. One of the things I liked most about this was the way in which you can use different methods of transport to complete levels, so if you keep getting hit in drive-bys, you go by helicopter instead.
Liberty city stories was better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! February 27, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was actually really looking forward to playing this game having enjoyed the original Vice City immensely but I found it a bit of a let down myself. This game isn't really suited to the psp because it's not the type of game that you can just pick up and play on the bus due to some overlong and extremely hard missions, I did complete the game but I found it much more frustrating than any of the other GTA games and the Empire building is very repetitive and also get's very annoying after a while, if you're on your way to start a mission and one of your empire's comes under attack then you have to stop everything you were doing to go defend it and then once it's defended and you resume what you were doing another Empire'll come under attack, I ended up doing this 5 or 6 times once on my way to a mission, once i'd finally done I then had to go back to top up my weapons and armour and save my game just so I could get back into actually doing a mission, I found this more annoying than fun and it ruined the game for me, the Territories in San Andreas were nowhere near this annoying although they did have their moments. Overall I think if they'd got rid of the Empire building rubbish and added more side missions instead then this game would've recieved a higher score from me, but as it is I think Liberty City stories was much better due to it's shorter main story missions and better side missions. But hey ... that's just my opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Almost perfect for the PSP January 15, 2008 I love this game...at it's really suited to the PSP. The graphics are cool, the music is excellent and the theme of the 80s LA style is almost perfect really.
I've only given the game 4 stars for "fun" because it can be a little difficult, although I'm not the best gamer in the world so it could just be me!
If you've played GTA before then you know all about the format and how it works and it may be a little "been there done that" for you. But if you haven't, or you're new to the PSP then this is the one game I heartily recommend. Seriously. if you could have one game for the PSP this may very well be it!
The most enthralling GTA game to date! January 2, 2008 Before playing this game, I had played every GTA game and found the newest installment to be better than the last, this was no exception. The storyline is gripping, its graphically superb and exceptionally detailed. After playing San Andreas, I thought that this would not challenge the genius of San Andreas in any way. Yet it did. This game surpassed my expectations. The characters were superbly crafted, the graphics heavenly, the music excellently chosen and the plot thrilling. To top the game off, Phil Collins became involved, with the user coming to his rescue, a brilliantly unique idea. I have been playing this game this game for months now and I am still enjoying every part of it, this is a truly outstanding game, I would recommend this game to anybody wanting to get thier teeth stuck into a really enjoyable game. A true masterpiece!
