Product Description After the success of the first episode of Ghost Recon 3 Advanced Warfighter, Ubisoft has come out with a fun-packed sequel on the Xbox 360! The action takes place in 2014, one year after the events of the first episode. Rebels who have failed their takeover mission decide to get their troops together near the Mexican border. The ghosts are called upon yet again to defend the country. These valued soldiers have 72 hours to prevent a nuclear attack. Battles take place on American land and along the borderline near the neighbouring towns of El Paso in Texas and Juarez. The soldier's equipment has been improved and now includes new gadgets, such as Cross-Com 2.0 (information from auxiliaries) or M.U.L.E (ammunition refills on the battlefield). The developers have also gone into detail on the ranking system and each unit has its own specific functions. The effects are extremely realistic: the weather changes, there are night-time and day-time battles, etc. New cards, weapons and options have been added to the multi-player mode!

good while it lasted April 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I got the Legacy Edition with all the extra multiplayer maps - which is fine. But the single player campaign is far too short, and trying not to sound too boastful - far too easy! If there is to be a GRAW3 please make the campaign longer.
My best game April 23, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love this. I play it all the time online. And played it all the way through offline. The graphics and controls and gameplay are all awesome. It is great!

Too hot for xbox? December 12, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Good game (in the words of Bruce Forsyth), which delivers all the fun you'll be expecting if you enjoyed previous and current Ubisoft productions.
But other reviewers are quite right in that you will polish if off (on the hardest setting) in just a few hours. This is because GRAW2 is both short and, with all the weapons at your disposal of a futuristic US military, pretty easy.
It is also disappointing that the game is linear and doesn't give you the opportunity to take a particularly different route through levels, or try different ways to tackle the enemy.
But you will have lots of fun on this, and it is, on balance, well worth the investment.
Just one word of warning through: GRAW2 crashed my previously healthy xbox360, overheating the power cable and bringing on the flashing red ring of death. It may be a coincidence, but other people have reported a similar problem on the web, and attributed it to GRAW2's intense use of the processor. I don't think it should put you off, but you might want to stick to playing in the winter... with the window open... and the heating off.
