Its nicer to use than the official Wii offering June 17, 2008 Works very well, fits the controller snugly and has a better quality feel with glossy plastic instead of the slightly grainy matt finish of the Nintendo original
NOT official wheel!!! May 17, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
When I did a search for the Wii Wheel, the (Official) version never came up, so I bought this one thinking it was the official one. We have the official one and this one at home. When comparing them, this one isn't half as good as the other one. When you push the button to make the kart drift, it pushes the wiimote out of the wheel. The location of the hole where the wrist strap is located is also further into the wheel, so if you try using it, it is rather unconfortable. If you don't use it, the strap hits your face when you jump. Oh, the dilema... On the other hand, who would really want to pay 24 (or even 17) for the official wheel?

NOT the Official Wii Wheel April 16, 2008 15 out of 15 found this review helpful
Just in case people were buying this under false impressions, this is NOT the official Nintendo Wii Wheel (Which comes in Mario Kart Wii), but an imitation (albiet a decent one) from another company.
Mario Kart Wii April 13, 2008 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
The wheel is NOT REQUIRED in order to play multiplayer Mario Kart, you can use the wii remotes without this attachment.
(Previous reviews have stated that this is required to play multiplayer on Mario Kart.)
