poor from rockstar February 21, 2008 I bought this because of the picture i saw in the internet they looked good so did the videos.when i tried it was terrible the graphics want good according to the year they made it '2005'. the cars didnt looked good i recommend to buy need for speed series instead of this.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! November 17, 2007 I have had this game for a while now, it every secind has been amazing. The graphics are ok considering how old it is and the console, but the gameplay is amazing. Much better that burnout, and i think better than need for speed carbon!!!

People that tell you this game is unrealistic, repetitive and overall rubbish are wrong on so many levels. This game is amazing fun. The handling is fantastic...you are not ponsing around corners at 30mph in order to get through it without crashing...instead you are hitting them hard at speeds of 200+. It brings racing a new angle of play, one of unrealism but more emphasis on enjoyment. The level of customisation is unbelievable...so many cars and upgrades to choose from. The other plus to this game is the fact that unlike other games if you do hit something you don't fly 4000ft in the air and roll another 4000ft down the road, you simply plough through! Total fun condensed in a game full of great races and ok-ish graphics...a must have game.
Light-hearted fun! May 31, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Rockstart do know how to make a good game.
Graphics aren't the best, handling not the most realistic, but good fun! Endless easy customisation of cars and reasonable tracks.
Couple of annoying features: level of skill that is required is not too high - circuits aren't very road based, and opponants just plough over grass and through anything in their way. Still enjoyable, and I've probably missed the point having not played the previous versions.
Another niggle is that it takes forever to flick through the cars in your garage/showroom (of sorts!) because each one drives of before the next is shown. It could be a real pain if I get to the stage when I own all 80 odd cars!
These are minor niggles on an otherwise good game. I'm not a "chav" by any means, but even I'm having fun "pimping my rides"!
If you want a good driving game that you can learn to master, get Test Drive Unlimited / GT etc. If you want a fun game where you can customise your cars and live the street-racing lifestyle, get this game (not NFS: Carbon!!)

For all Racing Fanatics.. and for those who aren't..
This is the best racing game i've played this year (so far). There are so many things to do. The graphics are pretty amazing and so is the whole concept of the game.
There are loads of options when it comes to racing. You can compete or practice, you can even make your own race track..!!
You can customise your car or bike at your garage. Soooooo much choice..!! I really enjoyed this game and i still do.
It gets even better if you have the Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix (buy separately).
I don't think i'll ever get bored of this game..!!
