WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 completely blows every other wrestling game out of the water. The season mode is better, the general manager mode is better, and the graphics are the best they have ever been.
Another good thing about this game is that every superstar is on the brand they are supposed to be on (for the time being). Randy Orton is on Smackdown, and is supposed to be on Raw. Kane is on Raw, and is supposed to be on Smackdown. Oh well, they did all they could.
There is also a major glitch in this game. If you choose a tag team match, they will only say one superstar's name as you are making your way to the ring. They make so many copies of these that they were bound to mess some of them up.

Bought this game because i had 2006 and didnt expect it to be a lot better than 2006 but i was pleasantly surprised. rey mysterio still has his awesome entrance and there are some superstars like The Great Khali that i didnt even know existed! this game is well worth the money. i suggest that you buy 2006 and 2007 and decide for yourself but ive made mine!!

Obviously the best wrestling game to date. Great to play, addictive multiplayer with friends and the strong grapples are excellent. Only bad thing is the quality superstars that have been left out, like Jeff Hardy and Paul London. You can make them on create a wrestler though, so it's okay

If you like Wrestling Games then WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW 2007 is your game. THQ and its fellow developers have massively improved the game in just about all areas. In Season Mode you can now play two FULL seasons without Storyline repetition. In Create a Moveset you can now rotate the Camera so you can see your favourite Wrestling Moves from all angles. In Create an Entrance you can almost do just about everything. You can choose when Fireworks, Name Plates, Screen Effects and Room Lighting is displayed. It really is a must buy. The only thing that let me down is that there are several Commentary Glitches, for example if you hut an opponent with a steel chair they will respond by saying "Stone Cold Stunner!" Hopefully the upcoming WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW 2008 will be at the same or even better quality and that the Commentary Glitches will be fixed.

WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT!!! Smackdown vs Raw has improved yet again, with one of the best sporting ps2 games ever. i'll mention the good things about the game, and also the bad things:
GOOD THINGS:
1)Great graphics and realistic moves
2)GM Mode- a new entertaining mode
3)Improved season mode- longer and funner
4)Realistic entrances and belts
5)Good create modes, including create a superstar and stable etc
6)Reasonably big roster- could be better
7)Lots of different match types- could be more
8)Stamina system-makes gameplay more real (can be turned off)
9)Interactive grapples- gameplay more real
10)Realistic voices
BAD THINGS:
1)No weapons in HIAC
2)Too easy to escape in cage matches
3)Bad commentry, eg: i hit hhh with a steel chair and the first thing i hear is 'stone cold stunner, stone cold stunner, can you belive it?!?'
4)Not many weapons
5)Not a big choice of voices when creating a superstar
6)Possibly the roster could have been bigger
Overall it seems like there are quite a lot of bad things, but these are all tiny things, and things that you get used to when you've played the game a few times. apparently SVR 08 is coming out some time in october, and on ps2 aswell as other consoles, which is gd cos i don't have a ps3
