ONLY 2.34GB WHY? in this day and age.. January 10, 2008 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
2.34GB
Yes, When you consider that you have spent good money.
4GB should mean 4GB in this day and age.
Please bear in mind that this not a SD card, but a SDHC.
Meaning the card is a SD high Capictiy and not all devices will allow this to work.
Your should check before buying if your devices will work with SDHC, otherwise by a normal SD card.
If looking to buy for a Wii, the Wii will not allow SDHC cards to work, but i am sure Wii will offer a new firmware in time..
Value for money January 2, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I recently purchased a new camera because I'm going to be travelling around Europe for a few months and desperately want to document it. After purchasing the camera I went looking for memory cards in the local January sales, but to my horror they were charging 30 for one 2GB Sandisk SD card. So, I went home and browsed Amazon. I must admit I had a little bit of trouble finding SD cards actually dispatched by Amazon, but then I stumbled upon this beauty!
As soon as I saw Kingston I knew I was in for a treat. Other SD cards on this site are brands I haven't heard of, but seeing Kingston inspired confidence as they are a reputable brand. Even better was the price. For the price of a 1GB SD card in the local shops I could have two 2GB cards!
The cards arrived promptly and were well packaged. I've experienced no problems as of yet and can't understand where people are coming from with complaints about the write speed.
I highly recommend this product. You're getting a quality brand at a ridiculously cheap price. Where can you go wrong?
