You Must Get This !! April 1, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I ordered this package, based on previous reviews and I am sooooo pleased I did. It comes with everything as describe (inc the wireless guitar) and the game play is amazing. I opened the package like a big kid at Christmas (even though I am 34 years old), rushed home to set it up and started to play immediately. It was so easy to get going and playing on the "Easy Level" gets you into the game immediately and before I knew it I was jumping around like I was on stage at the Millenium Stadium. This is easliy the best game I have played and will recommend it to everyone. I played for hours and only stopped because I had to get up for work the next day !!!

I got this not playing the others. I had everyone telling me to get it and im glad i did, I just can't stop playing. It is really addictive, the wireless guitar is brill and the selection of songs are awsome. Excellent value for money.

This arrived 2 days after I ordered it. And to make deadly clear
***THIS COMES WITH THE KRAMER WIRELESS GUITAR*** Not too good to be true, as I was slightly expecting.
My 2nd best buy of 2007!
Amazing wireless guitar - terrible songs! January 14, 2008 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
Ok so the Kramer guitar is fantastic but whats the point when the songs are that bad!!! I know these guys have got to cater for all musical genres but if as called "guitar hero" you would have thought they would base the songs around guitar riffs rather than popular songs that some spotty teenager thinks is cool. So I may be a bit harsh and there are some good songs on there, Black Sabbath, Slayer & Dragonforce but its got songs like Kaiser Chiefs on it for christ's sake! And when they pick a band they don't pick their best guitar based songs, they pick the popular songs! Sorry rant over, enjoy!
Slightly disappointing January 7, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Guitar Hero one and two set the stage for some great fun rock outs. Even the cheesy songs were a joy to play and it even encouraged me to seek out some of the songs that I didn't know just by hearing them here first. Therefore I was quite excited by the imminent release of this. Indeed it has been polished sufficiently so that graphically the game looks a lot smarter. The sound has also been improved. The only problem is that there are only about 5 good songs on it unless you happen to like thrash metal rather a lot. I kept waiting for the stonkers to show up but they just don't. I was sorely disappointed, especially as they lied about Bloc Party being on there when they aren't. A missed oppurunity which needs to be rectified with the next release. Where are the more classic bands? No Doors, Pink Floyd, Velvet Underground or Creedence Clearwater Revival etc which would have given us greater variety. It's still good fun but once you've completed it there is very little motivation to play it again as towards the end the songs are offensively awful to endure. Shame but worth buying for a bit of a giggle but number 2 beats this one hands down, even with the worse graphics.
