Really good fun. Normally my dad is spectical about anything that seems unnecessary and seems in his eyes pointless. However, he used it for about an hour last night and now has a blister on his hand. I still can't get him to admit it was money well spent but he's addicted to using it! The highest score we can get at the moment is around 8-9k rpm but I've only had it a day.
Learning to use it takes a little while but it comes with instructions that are pretty clear. My only advice is that the movement is all in the wrist. Keep your arm totally steady and once you pull the cord rotate your wrist with the bottom of the ball pointing downwards. Keep your arm totally stationary just move your wrist in a circle slowly. Once you get the hang you'll never forget how to do it !

Just bought it and it's great. Works really well and the display showing results of using it really helps. Really good for strengthening arms muscles too.

Unless you lucky enough to be a strong person, the powerball, i find, is dangerous. It literally took over my arm and nearly hit my friend in the face. Make sure you are in total control of the powerball, and if you are like me and not able to even spin the thing, make sure you are in the company of an adult to supervise you.

This is the original powerball and still the one I keep coming back to. I have been using various powerball for over two years now and I love it as much now as when I first got it. The manufacturer's description really doesn't do this product justice, although their website does. If you use this powerball at low speeds it is great for RSI and other wrist/arm injuries. At high speeds it gives an amazing workout and really builds up all the arm and shoulder muscles. The build quality is incredible (do not be tempted by inferior wannabes) and the lifetime guarantee is unbeatable. I've had to replace a small part already (due to my intensive usage!) and they sent out the part quickly, free of charge and with full fitting instructions, can't say fairer than that! It is truly addictive and put it on a table in a room full of friends and you will all soon be fighting to out do one another. I could write so much more about this product, but really you've got to buy one and try for yourself, you will not regret it!

This PowerBall is pure genius, ok it takes some time getting used to. The instructions didnt really help me gain the foundations of how to use the PowerBall, however their website with the video's did.
Once you build your technique and thus the speed, you will see what a great product it is. It helps relax muscles as well as build them.
The product is great its addctive and well priced =]
