Not worth spending the money.
Whilst the interface is quite intuitive and easy to use, I was most disappointed with the inability to import or export data.
You can export items to a spreadsheet, however the inability to import data in CSV, QIF or other formats makes me wish I had kept my 20 and just carried on using a Spreadsheet or Access. Be aware the website is now Accountz (with a Z - version 6) this is version 5...

Quite simply the best...and 'simple' is the word here...no bells and whistels, very easy to use...within a morning I had transferred all my accounts over from my mind boggling excel spreadsheet and now life is so simple...accounts are no longer a headache with double entry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't waist your money on anything else....

Having a smidgen of bookkeeping experience I know this is a double entry account system made easy. Very simple software with few bells and whistles, but also easy to use. I don't manage VAT and don't raise invoices so it is ideal for me. I use MS Money in conjunction with this product but as far as I am concerned these are my 'books' and at a very reasonable price.

I bought this to keep track of my accounts as freelance designer, hoping I wouldn't have to pay an accountant at tax return time. And I didn't need to! Simple to use, fulfilled all my needs. (I send invoices that I've done using other software anyway, same as letterheads, letters etc so this wasn't a problem, and you can easily keep a record of them going out and being paid in Personal Accounts, even though it won't generate them.)
Much easier than doing it on paper, and taught me more about accounting than all the books I borrowed from the library. Excellent printable manual too, plus telephone and online support. And they didn't laugh at my daft questions...

I have owned this for a year,Easy to use and to understand. a definite must for the small business. 5 stars all the way. 5 stars to accountz.com for bringing this software to us and for being cheerful and professional if one needs to contact them.
