I have used version one of this product for over a year and version two is far better, it offers:
Firewall
Spyware
Antivirus
Automatic back (to external drive or over a network (free feature!))
Checks your are up to date with operating system patches (XP or Vista)
Clears up temporary files on the computer and makes sure the drive is defragmented (runing well)
If you don't understand any of the features mentioned you can turn them on or off.
You can install the product on upto three machines it even ofers the option to backup photos onto a secure server over the internet (extra charge for this feature). The best feature for me is I can manage and see the status of all the familys machines from my laptop in realtime, a real time saver.

I have been using Onecare since July 07.
I initailly went for Onecare as i was fed up with having several different security systems that would either clash with each other or with the operating system.
Since using OneCare i have experience no virus' or security problems whatso ever, and the program is so user friendly compared to others i have used in the past.
It may not be 'The Best of the Best' security software out there (according to some reviews), but it is user friendly, reliable, non intrusive and personally i will renew my year subscription when this one ends.
