Payment Methods!
We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, cash on delivery, check and money order. You can also pay by bank transfer. For customers in the UK, you can even deposit cash/cheque directly into our UK bank account at any NatWest branch. details will be provided on request.
Please note that cheque need to be cleared by the bank. Clearing process might take 3-5 working days, and we cannot despatch your order until your payment is cleared.
All prices shown on our website include VAT hence the prices you see here are all you need to pay, no hidden charges, no worry about.

Delivery!
We ship worldwide. For products priced £500.00 or above, an internationally renowned courier service, UPS, will be used and their tracking system can be found at www.ups.com. It usually takes 4 working days to arrive to most destinations.
Products priced at £450.00 or below will be shipped via Registered Airmail Royal Mail. It normally takes 5-8 working days to arrive to most countries. Packages can be tracked here. by www.royalmail.com.
All accessories, memory cards and filters will be shipped via Airmail. We offer a 100% compensation for loss of items during transit to oversease, i.e., a replacement will be provided as soon as the courier company confirms the loss of the package. If the pacakge has been delivered according the tracking system of UPS, you will not be entitled to file any claims. In such cases, it will be the customer responsibility to contact the post office or courier company in their countries, whose telephone numbers will be available on request. We will also try our best to assist you as much as we can.
Replacment can only be arranged if the courier company has confirmed to us the loss of the package. If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will try our best to despatch your order within 48 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in UK), provided your payment has been cleared. If your order cannot be despatched within 3 working days for some unforeseen reasons, we will inform you by email with our explanation and an estimated despatch date.
Please note that the above delivery speeds for oversease are quoted by the courier companies, hence we cannot be blamed or held responsible for any delays after despatch. Delays do occasionally happen and are mainly due to customs clearance, or for some other reasons, in any circumstances you can allways contact us.
If your package is not delivered due to reasons out of our control and returned back to us, you are required to pay for the reposting cost to have the package resent.

Delivery Destination!
We ship all over the world, the cost for different destination will be different,

For UK and Northern Ireland! We only charge £8, for all products bellow 2kg, and use royal mail speciale delivery which is insured up to £500.00, any product above 2kg will be charged £23.00.

For European Countries! We only charge £15.00 for all products bellow 2kg (price £500.00), and use royal mail. All products above 2kg (price £1000.00 or more) will be charged £35.00, and will be shipped via UPS.

For all Other Destinations! We only charge £15.00 for all products bellow 2kg (price £500.00), and use royal mail. All products above 2kg (price £1000.00 or more) will be charged £40.00, and will be shipped via UPS.

Insurance! The prices for potage & packing quoted above are including insurance. Packages delivered via UPS, Royal Mail or Parcel Force, Proof of signature is required. All packages will be sent with insurance, so there will be no worry about the damage or lost.

This option is only for UK Residents. For delivery to countries outside the UK we only deliver the goods to the billing address of the credit/debit card holder.
