 GOOD PAIR OF SHEARS July 23, 2008
VERY USEFUL TOOL. ESPECIALLY FOR SPENDING AS MUCH TIME AS POSSIBLE CUTTING YOUR HAIR DOWN TO A SKINNYHEAD. TAKES MANY HOURS. HILARIOUS FOR ANNOYING YOUR PARENTS.ROCKABILLY REBEL.

After trying and failing with several trimmers I am absolutely delighted with this one.
The success is in the design as the blades are at the side of the unit and when inserted into the nose you are able to trim the hairs around the inside rim of your nose giving a perfect cut as it extracts the hairs from the root.
The other trimmers I have tried had a different design with the blades at the top of the trimmer and all they did was just push the hairs up your nose rather than get to the root of the hairs.
The trimmer also comes with eyebrow trimming attachments (Short and Long) which I also enjoy using and give a very good cut.
Overall very happy with this product and would recommend.

Having got tired of the ever increasing frequency with which I was having to try and turn my nostrils half-inside-out while I used nail scissors to try and trim the hairs, I decided to give one of these gadgets a go. I picked this one after reading the comments about how it does trim without pulling or plucking the hairs, and I have to agree, it works very well and is very easy to clean under a tap. The only problem I have is my nose is very sensitive and the vibration does leave me sneezing violently for a couple of minutes! But it is a huge improvement on shoving scissors up there... Surprisingly easy to use on the ears too. The instructions also recommend it for shaving the back of your your neck too but I think that is a bit beyond its capabilities really, my shaver seems to work just fine for that.

it doesn't look much different to the usual rotary type i've been using for years but this is much better; more like a mini shaver. doesn't look like it will get clogged up in the same way either. Pity amazon don't ship it direct so there's no free delivery, it's more expensive but worth it in my opinion.

I bought this for my husband at the start of April 2008. He used it once and was delighted. He tried to use it again 6 weeks later and it didn't work at all. He changed the batteries. Nothing. Absolutely dead. It was outside Amazon's 30 day return period. Useless. Do not waste your money.
