Basically this is a skipping rope. It's got two small plastic handles which are quire comfortable and the rope is very long. Fortunately it's very easy to get the rope to the desired length (although this does involve cutting some of it off!). The only minor gripe I have with it is that it takes ages for the kinks to work themselves out of the rope - it's made of plastic and is tied up so tightly in the packaging that when you first unravel it you wonder how it will ever swing properly.
It does come with a Reebok University jump program - 3 pages in english - but the program is fairly basic 10 different styles of skipping most of which you will have seen before if you have ever used a rope for any length of time.
It's okay, swings easily and is reasonably comfortable to use 8/10
