You really can feel it! The sensation is great and lots of fun :D
Been using it non stop since this morning. When i tried to revise for my exams i found it difficult to write properly and neatly as it has totally wasted my whole arm lol.

I bought a Power Ball due to me suffering with acute pain in my elbow after sitting at a desk at work for long hours. It arrived three days earlier than the estimated delivery date, which is obviously a great credit to Amazon. The parcel arrived in a huge Amazon box that could have fit about 10 Power Balls in it!
However, that aside, I unpacked it and immediately wanted to test it out. After about 5 unsuccessful attempts to get the thing started, I finally managed to bring it to life. I was immediately hooked! You can instantly feel the power that is generated and it isn't long before your muscles feel like they are working hard. I know I said I bought it for rehabilitation but I've got a competitive side and wanted to know how fast I could get it. After 15 minutes I managed speeds of over 6000 rpm, but later that evening I managed to get a top speed of 10,702 rpm, I thought my arm was about to explode!
So, although I cannot yet comment on the rehabilitation side of this product, I can say that it is an incredible piece of kit that will have you hooked from the moment you take it out of the box!
Buy one! You will NOT be disappointed.

This is just about the best PowerBall I've tried. It's fun to use - the children love it too. I've suffered from wrist pain caused by working with a computer mouse all day - but having exercised with this PowerBall, I'm finding that the pain in my wrist and arm has virtually gone.
The Neon White Pro is beautifully made. Try it in the dark - stunning. Dis-regard the minority, negative reviews - go get it...

It was estimated to arrive on the 26th April, yet it arrived today, the 23rd. Great service from Amazon as usual!
The powerball itself is great! I've only been using it for two hours today so far, but I've already reached 9400RPM, and can feel it working in my arms. I found it quite easy to get started, but have only mastered using the string as yet.
The lifetime guarantee is great to have, knowing if any problems do arise, you'll easily be able to fix them! The DVD that come's with it is also really useful and helps a lot!
I really cannot find a fault in the powerball and I am really glad I bought it. I'd deffinatley recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their arm/hand strength whether for sport, music or just general fun!

I was really looking forward to having a go at this, but what a disappointment. It's basically boring and fustrating. A craze is all it will be, guaranteed. Once people realise that this is just a heavily advertised plastic ball that spins, they'll be harder to budge than chewing gum on your carpet. Sorry but not worth the time or money.
Ps your forearm will be numb and your wrist will have a weak feeling for the rest of the day.
