I bought this item after trying a PowerPlate and being impressed with it's performance but not it's price tag. I have been using it for just over two weeks, and I can already see a difference in my muscle tone and definitely felt the after effects of it on the backs of my legs and my abs after the first couple of sessions. I would give it 5 stars but it is a little on the tall side and quite heavy (18kgs) but it's not hugely bulky and it's easy to put together. Excellent value for money and worth buying.

Just arrived this week and I'm addicted. I have a very busy life and I also have back trouble (prolapsed discs) so some exercises really trigger off my sciatica. I do have dogs to walk so I get "proper" exercise with them. However this is just so addictive! I tend to hop onto it any time I have a free five minutes and do some pilates stretches. I reall hope it will build up the core muscles supporting my middle as that would help my back. I just feel I have that "buzz" you get from exercising for about an hour after each time I use it. I seem to have loads more energy.

this machine is brilliant.It is not the answer to a lazy persons prays rather it is an added tool in the fight to stay fit .I work out with weights 4 times a week and was very sceptical about what this machine would do for me,after 20 mins use i could feel my muscles had been worked hard .You can even incorporate some pilates moves on it for extra effect .I will definately be using it lots in the future.

Desperately wanting a power plate but having the smallest budget I researched virtually every product in the 100-150 price range. This toner is much better than I expected for my money. It's very substantial in size. I really did expect something small and plastic. I'm 5'4" and way too wide for my liking and this is perfect for my height and weight. Can't really comment yet on the results but I'm starting to use it and can already feel that it could work should I bother to use it daily. It is portable but it doesn't come with wheels like some models. Overall initial review is that this is a good model for those on a small budget
