I have mild lower back pain. It's never so bad that I miss work, but it's uncomfortable and constant. Been wearing the bracelet for about a fortnight. The pain went after a week. Whether the bracelet worked or whether I'm kidding myself that it worked I don't know, but for now am happy to be pain free. I've also been to the gym for the first time in ages, felt some twinges straight after (probably cos I hadn't been for so long), but been ok since.
As to the claims about focus etc improving - can't say I've noticed that, but suppose I'm generally happier as not in constant discomfort.
All I can say is so far so good.

Well I've had one for a couple of months now and would have to say I've not noticed any difference whatsoever having worn it night and day. I have a bit of a tennis elbow type strain on my right arm and hoped this would help ease it off a bit, but no joy. I also have not noticed any "clearer" thinking or more "focused" attention and my golf certainly hasn't improved either! I would have given it one star but I'm going to give it a little bit of benefit of the doubt because I have heard of a couple of people who have said it has helped them. I'm a firm sceptic though
