This is an excellent medium to long distance running shoe.
It provides very good support for the arch ,hind and forefoot.
It feels very comfortable and light and feels very supportive.
However it will not be suitable for all runners and some runners with extra weight might find the heel is not very well supported.

The price is very reasonable.
