This thing is not as fancy pants as I imagined ( I ordered the mat). It takes a while to self-inflate and one needs to manually inflate the pillow (yes, you need to blow!). It is somewhat hard to roll it but then again I am a weak little girl. All together given the price I would say it's a good buy! It isn not amazing but it does the job and it is inexpensive...
