This item is better than advertised. Not only does it adjust quickly to any size nut, but it is marked for use as a caliper for learning the true size of any nut within its range. It moves rapidly, yet it retains the setting achieved sufficiently to allow considerable torque without damage to nut or tool.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my fiance. Unfortunately he didn't get to use it, as it only worked for about 5 minutes. We replaced the batteries to no avail. Had to send it back.
