Thar she blows! August 7, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great product. I live in an old building with high ceilings and even on the lowest setting it keeps the air shifting - and it's quiet enough to keep on overnight. I just cannot imagine a quieter fan. I bought another 16-incher made by another outfit and it's so loud I got a headache after 45 minutes ... this one is so much quieter, maybe as only three 'fat' blades rather than four slim ones.
Highly rated and recommended May 13, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
We bought a couple of these fans last year and have just received 3 more. (2 for give away presents to immediate family) For the money involved there cannot be bettered. I recently had the occasion to go into several of the high street electrical stores and whilst there obviously checked out various goods and prices. The pedestal fans that I saw were not only at least a third more expensive but of inferior quality. A couple were all plastic and were actually bending over as they were `top heavy'.
The 16" blade grabs and blows a huge volume of air then can clearly be felt some 10ft away plus. The self assembly is very easy to undertake and the 3 fan speed settings is more than satisfactory. Loads of puff on the max setting..... guaranteed! All in all a product well worth having. Cannot be faulted and rated very high from us.
Lots of air!!! August 23, 2005 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
Good and sturdy with plenty of physical adjustments for height and angle; looks OK too. It comes flat packed and assembles in just a few minutes with clear instructions.Well built for the price and the only reason I gave 4 & not 5 stars is that the minimum setting isn't quite minimum enough for me. Overall a good, sound buy.

I can't recommend this enough.Although assembly is required, it is an easy job taking just a few minutes. Once up and running, it has a good range of settings and is pretty quiet, even on full power (fairly powerful). I got my first decent night's sleep in a week recently thanks to this baby.
Cool Breeze for the summer June 27, 2005 11 out of 12 found this review helpful
Came flat packed easy to assemble feels a bit cheap but its quiet and shifts a lot of air on all settings. Worth getting if you want a pedastool fan.
