This was the first ever workout video I had it was amazing, low impact quick and easy to do. I just stuck with the 15 minute first section and did it everyday. I used to look amazing then I lost the video- I'm buying it again- top class!!!

Bought this video in 1999, started out as a size 16 and within 6 months was a size 8-10, found this vido easy to follow and the fact that it is set in majorca really makes it work. some years later found i had worn this video out, so here i was on amazon buying my second copy. Really recommend this video for begginners and PLEASE BRING OUT A DVD FORMAT. xx

I bought this video purely because Anthea Turner was in the Y-Plan videos, which are fab. I'm not a big aerobics fan and do prefer toning videos, so this one is perfect. It's not too long or too short and if you use weights, it will tone your arms up in no time. I think it's a great workout which I come back to again and again.

This is a great workout! I used to be a size 14 following the birth of my two children but I was fed up and needed to do something about my body. I felt tied down in the house as all new mums do, so every morning, whilst the kids were still asleep, I committed myself to doing this workout for 40 minutes (I found the first level too easy so I skipped it!)and gradually introduced weights. I have now become a size eight without dieting and it really does Tone, Lift and Condition - Try it, you'll be amazed by the results!!!

I have tried a lot of workout videos and because of them I have a good condition. I am always on the lookout for more challenging workouts so I tried this one.
However, I found all three workouts too easy and too short.
I was not even tired after them and I did not feel I had a good workout or even had to try very hard.
Buy this video if you are a beginner, but if you're more advanced, you probably should not bother.
