I started jogging and was looking for a fitness video that i could do when the weather was too bad to go out in.
After a bit of research, i chose Harvey's as he definately "motivates" me in Celebrity Fit Club. He dosesn't disapoint. His workout is easy to follow and works the whole body.
I definately worked up a sweat and got my pulse going. I have already noticed a difference in my size and weight. I even got my husband to try it and although he is very slim and atheletic, he said that he would be adding it to his list for excercise.

I really love this workout, its makes you feel like you,ve really acheived something when you make it through all three circuits. There are no OTT model type people, just three average looking people doing the circuit while Harvey gives out the orders, in his funny bossy way.In the advanced stage as he says "this is where the rubber meets the road" and it certainly is! If you want to work up a sweat this is the one for you.

I really liked this video because it was a serious workout, kept you contantly moving, and wasn't in the least bit cheesy!
I'm sick of videos with the instructor making silly jokes, smiling like it's easy the whole way through.It was super-hard to start with, but because you have 3 levels of circuit you can work as hard as you can and stop at the level you want. Harvey motivates me because he is serious and is always telling you what you *will* do, not letting you get away with slacking. Of all my vidoes this one makes me feel like I've worked the hardest and I find it gives amazing results being mostly fat burining cardio work. I reccomend it to EVERYONE!

Being used to tae bo, I thought I'd try something different for a change. I wish I hadn't. Yes, by the end you do feel like you've worked out, but to be honest the video is so boring (no energising music, no encouraging words) that I can see me getting fed up with this one pretty quickly.The exercises aren't explained in full so unless you've done them before you have to keep watching the screen to see if you're doing it correctly. I also noticed that the forward punches are not done correctly in the video. By the end I felt like a little girl who had been told off and forced to exercise. Okay if you like that sort of workout, but I prefer a more happy, friendly approach with upbeat music in the background. I'm sorry, but this video to me was a waste of money.

I think this is the best work out video I have ever done he keeps you moving and working out every part of your body three stages with a warm up and a cool down.
Since starting this work out 2 weeks ago i have lost 1 stone.
I feel like i have more energy and i feel great i do the work out every day and its hard but thats the whole point to a work out video.
