well I have used this it since 1989, all the others I have used have been somehow not as contagiously moorish as this one. Please release on DVD, my video is wearing out now. Jill, thanks very much.
A great video for anyone who hasn't exercised before March 10, 2001

The Y plan videos have earned a reputation as being both safe and effective. The exercise routines (which are devised by the YMCA) are particularly suitable for people who have not exercised before. The routines are easy to follow, they do not require you to have lots of equipment and you can easily fit them into your day. These are good solid workouts which will improve your fitness and burn those calories.
