5 out of 5 stars lighter than you think   May 27, 2007

i have this watch more nearly 2 weeks now and is spite of looking good , it is not heavy on your wrist at all.
you can probably find the latest technologies in this watch which is cool
it saves the battery at night by going on standby mode and it charges itself during daylight so you don t really need to be worry about battery replacement.
barometer and thermometer works pretty good even though if it s on your wrist
but if you are willing to measure the accurate temperature you d better take it off.
having said all this i recommend this watch to people who are looking for a watch++ on their wrists!

I am reasonably happy with this watch but also disappointed with its actual specifications.
Pluses. Its lightweight for the size of watch also the functions are easily accessed and uncomplicated, it has a clear display with the ability to turn on and off all is gizmos saving battery power, indeed it is solar powered so it recharges itself so no replacement batteries, the manual states if the battery runs low you can loose some of its functions, having said that I've not had any problems, and when it's dark it goes into a sleep mode to save more power, cool. Like the radio time sync, set the country you live in and it updates the time and date every day including summer / winter time changes. It's got no shiny bits and the back light is subtle also world time and GMT. The thermometer is accurate and the barometer seems to work well.
Cons. This is not a Dive watch, yes it states it logs dives up to 30m? But it clearly states in the user manual that this watch is not suitable for Scuba Diving, confused? Me too. It's rated to ISO 2281 100m that states is only really suitable for the swimming pool. Compass? Navigation and certainly micro navigation would be impossible with this watch, with + - 11 degrees accuracy you could be way off course in a couple of Km, but as a backup and general bearing its OK.
