As a rugby referee, this watch is ideal. The main countdown timer can be set to any time and vibrates when time is up. If you pause it for an injury the second timer (on the same screen) keeps going, so you can see exactly how much injury time you have to add. There are further timers which I use to time a 10 minute sin bin and that vibrates as well when its over. If you are a referee of any sport, this watch is well worth buying. I like it so much I am buying a second one as my backup watch.
